ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in his capacity as the hereditary trustee of Sri.Arulmigu Mummudi Nathar Thirukovil and as also hereditary trustee of Arulmighu Sri.Thathathreya Muneeswarar Thirukovil at Erguseri Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District raising an apprehension that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20042 of 2021 the respondents 4 to 7 either in their name or in the name of the aforesaid temples might obtain fresh electricity connection from respondents 1 to 3. It is claimed by the petitioner, that petitioner's temple has necessary electricity connection only for peaceful functioning of the temple. In this connection, the petitioner had given two representations to the respondents. 2.Mrs.R.Rajeswari, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and states that instructions have been received, that till this date, that respondents 4 to 7 have not made any application through online seeking electricity connection either in their name or in the name of the aforesaid temples. 3.In view of the particular fact, recording that particular statement, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary.
