ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned communications dated 14.03.2018 and 27.04.2018, issued by the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, directing the respondents herein to settle the entire terminal benefits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.20757 of 2019 family pension to the petitioner without insisting for production of ' Succession Certificate' from competent Civil Court, within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

2.Heard Mr.M.Maran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.From the materials on record, it is seen that it is a service matter, relates to BSNL and the proper forum to adjudicate upon the issue is the Central Administrative Tribunal. Hence, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this Writ Petition, at this stage.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the proper forum for getting his relief. No costs.
