This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to fix and pay the salary of the petitioner in the post of Headmaster, by considering the proposal of the fourth respondent dated 24.03.2023.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's request was considered positively by the Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.668/AA3/2026 dated 17.02.2026, and a copy of the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court.
