This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent herein to expedite the proceedings of case filed by the petitioner herein before the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/88/2021, 2/6
which is pending for the past 10 months before the 1st respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 is not in a position to ascertain whether the appeal is still pending or any orders were passed.
3. It is seen that the respondents 4 and 5 are the rival claimants. Therefore, this Court is directing 1st respondent to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants. After hearing the objections from both the parties, the 1st respondent shall consider and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
4.With the above said direction, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
