Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 27.09.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to allow the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal program in the Arulmigu Sri Chellaiamman Temple Festival in B.Meenakshipuram Village, Theni District on 08.10.2014 at 7.00 to 10.00 p.m.
