This Writ Petition is filed as against the order of the respondent terminating the transport agreement of the petitioner dated 13.03.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the transport agreement is for the relevant period and subsequent contracts have also been awarded.
