ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.464 of 2021 on the file of the respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.464 of 2021 on 03.11.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 427, 448 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they have already examined 7 witnesses and seeks one month time to file final report before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a 2/4

period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
