2. It is stated by Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, learned counsel for the revision petitioner in C.R.P.(MD)No.1575 of 2015 that the suit in O.S.No.361 of 2015 has been dismissed for non-prosecution some time in October 2022 and as on date, the suit has not been restored to file.

3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed, however, giving liberty to the revision petitioners to reopen the civil revision petitions in the event of suit being restored on a subsequent date. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
