O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 04.09.2019 and take necessary action to provide necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and also her property comprised in S.No.182/6 situated at Mimisal Village, 80 Alathur Group, Yembakottai Village, Avudayarkovil Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the disputed property from the third respondent for valid sale consideration by a registered sale deed, dated 04.09.2018. Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13214 of 2019 property from the date of purchase. Thereafter one of the brother of the third respondent filed a suit in O.S.No.7 of 2019 before the Sub Court, Aranthangi, seeking declaration and permanent injunction declaring that the sale deed executed by the third respondent is null and void. Though there is no interim order granted in favour of the plaintiff, they are disturbing the possession of the petitioner with the help of the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 04.09.2019 seeking police protection. Since there is no action has been taken so far, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner is pending for consideration.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances without going into merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.09.2019, after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
