ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. R.J.Kathick, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No. 576 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
