Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned orders of the first respondent in F.No.33-9/2011-TS III dated 15.1.2014 and the impugned order in F.No.33-9/2011-TS III dated 23.08.2013 and the consequential impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Advertisement No.02/FAC/Advt/2014 dated 3.9.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to follow the existing service rules under three tier system governing the service and rights of the petitioner faculty members.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the three tier systerm has been abolished and with reference to the rules in force four tier system has been implemented during the pendency of the writ petition and necessary amendments were also issued in the year 2017 amendment Act. In view of the fact that the provisions of the Act of the year 2007 was amended in the year 2017 and the four tier system had been implemented. The grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
