ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent herein to enroll the petitioner by issuing certificate of provisional registration to enable the petitioner to undergo the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) in any approved Medical College Hospital in the State of Tamil Nadu and consequently, to issue certificate of permanent registration on his successful completion.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the provisional certificate was already issued to the petitioner by the respondent and thereafter, the respondent issued certificate of permanent registration to the petitioner on 12.08.2020. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
