The detenu Prabhu has been produced before this Court by the respondent Police.

2. It is stated by the respondent Police that the detenu has left the home due to excessive debts without informing his parents and was working in Bengaluru.

3. Pursuant to the notice, the respondent Police has secured Prabhu and produced before this Court. We are satisfied that the allegations found in the habeas corpus petition are false and the body and person of Prabhu are intact.

4. Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
