ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 385 days in preferring the above criminal revision case as against the order passed in C.M.P.No.610 of 2024, dated 25.03.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
