This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated 31.07.2015 passed in I.A.No.413 of 2015 in A.S.No.6 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015 by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Karur. 2.Heard Mr.S.Gokul Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Mohamed Asif, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.6 of 2015 before the Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur, against the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.164 of 2009. During the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the said appeal suit was disposed of, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.Since the appeal suit itself was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
