This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3919 of 2023 on 01.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complying the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners not even comply the condition for fifteen days. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the petitioners to comply the condition for fifteen more days.
