(Respondents 5 to 8 are impleaded vide Court order, dated 09.11.2022, in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.16595 of 2014) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from granting electricity service supply by installing electricity pole to the property situate in Survey No.799 at Meelavittan Village, Tuticorin Taluk & District till the suit in O.S.No.291 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munisf Court, Tuticorin is disposed of on merits and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.09.2014. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents not to grant electricity service connection to the fourth respondent. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the official respondents submit that already electricity service connection has been effected in favour of the fourth respondent herein. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 2/4

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
