praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conduct survey and fix boundaries of petitioner's land measuring an extent about 42 cents, belongs to the Survey No.91/4C, 6J1, 6L, in Vakkampatti Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District, on the basis of petitioner's application No.2025/0123/13/13096, dated 17.06.2025 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to conduct survey of the properties situated in Survey No.91/4C, 6J1, 6L, in Vakkampatti Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering his application dated 17.06.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of M/s.M.Viji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the fourth respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, the subject properties were purchased by him under registered sale deeds dated 23.08.2023 and 29.01.2025. The pattas for the subject properties were issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta Nos.1308 and 1475. The petitioner submitted an online application on 17.06.2025 in Application No. 2025/0123/13/013096 seeking survey of the subject properties and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 5 and 6, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
