13 Valliammai 14 Rajamani 15 Periyamarudhu ...2 to 15 Respondents/Respondent 1to 3, 5 to 15/ Defendants 1 to 3,5 to 15 Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the order passedin memo dated 04.09.2015 filed by the plaintiff/1st Respondent in OS No.172 of 2010 on the file of the 1st Additional District Judge(PCR) Thanjavur.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 01.06.2023, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.172 of 2010, with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 17/10/2023 in D.No.1087 of 2023, submitted by the I Additional Judge, Thanjavur, this Court made the following order: This Court by order, dated 01.06.2023, passed in C.R.P.(MD)No.2291 of 2015 directed the Court of I Additional District Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.172 of 2010 within a period of three months.

2. Now the learned I Additional District Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, had submitted a letter bearing D.No.1087/2023, dated 17.10.2023 stating the reasons for

not disposal of the suit within the time stipulated by this Court and sought further one month time, in view of the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, in the opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to grant further one month time for disposal of the suit.

4. Accordingly, the time granted by this Court on 01.06.2023 shall stand extended with a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.172 of 2010 within a period of month from today.
