ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 30.06.2025 and survey the property comprised in S.No.17/4 at Ward No.G, Block No.19, Bye Pass Road, Aruppukottai Town, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered Sale Deed dated 07.12.2022. The Town Survey Extract for the subject property stands in his name. He submitted an application on 22.05.2025 in kD vz;:2025/0178/26/000129 to survey the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 1st respondent would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, 3rd respondent, neighboring land owners and other interested parties. 3/6

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
