PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the encroachment made in the pathway bearing Survey No.1495/5, Pallikuda Street, Thiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District based upon the proceedings of the 1st respondent in O.Mu.G/15397/2018 dated 02.07.2018 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the encroachment made in the pathway bearing Survey No.1495/5, Pallikuda Street, Thiruthangal Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based upon the proceedings of the 1st respondent in O.Mu.G/15397/2018 dated 02.07.2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the abovesaid encroachment has been removed by the authorities concerned.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
