When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.17092 and 17093 of 2019 are closed.
