No.452 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, in respect of the property to the extent of 4500 sq.ft. of land comprised in Tirunelveli Municipality, Ayan Punjai S.No.353/3 Plot No.11 situated at Tirunelveli Municipality Ward No. 19, Thyagaraja Nagar 2nd Street, Tirunelveli District, in any manner and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 3rd to 5th respondents in the light of the Petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2014.
