When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2021, Officer from the respondent Police was present before this Court and submitted that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin, but he was not in a position to inform about the case number before the trial Court.

2. On 16.11.2021, this Court directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin, as to the stage of Crime No.558 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

3. In pursuance of the direction, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi, sent a report dated 30.11.2021,

stating that no final report has been filed regarding the Crime No.558 of 2011 till date. Hence, the respondent police is directed to appear before this Court on 20.12.2021.

Whereas it is expedient in the interest of justice that the personal appearance of the aforesaid respondent is necessary before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai at 10.30 A.M on 20/12/2021.

In this connection you, namely THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE THOOTHUKUDI CENTRAL POLICE STATION THOOTHUKUDI THOOTHUKUDI DT.
