ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 324, 379 IPC @ 323, 324, 307 I.P.C, in Crime No.416 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, over which, on 27.07.2022, there was a wordy quarrel between the parties and the accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant's son with wooden logs and fled from the scene of crime. Hence, the complaint.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is innocent and he had not committed any such offence, as
alleged by the prosecution. Due to previous motive, this false case was foisted against him. He is no way connected with the offence. The co-accused was arrested and released on bail. Hence, prays to release him on anticipatory bail.
4. On the side of prosecution, it is stated that there was a previous dispute between the parties. Though the injured was discharged from the hospital, considering the nature of the offence, prayed to dismiss the petition.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, gravity of the offence and the overt act attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
