The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that on the complaint of the fifth respondent, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry and closed the same as it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, by advising the parties to approach the competent civil Court to get the appropriate relief. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to 2/4

the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
