2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is seen that, till date, steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

3. In accordance with the order dated 03.09.2024, passed by this Court and in view of the fact that steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed 2/4
