ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioners, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioners.
