PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the records, pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/4075/2017, dated 10.03.2018 and the consequential order in Na.Ka.No.A1/4075/2017, dated 26.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently restraining the respondents through themselves and through their men and agents from in any manner dispossessing the 1/4

The petitioner is a tenant of the respondent Corporation and he has filed this writ petition challenging the rent fixed by the respondent Corporation. According to the petitioner, the rent has been fixed retrospectively.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not having any instructions in this writ petition. The letter sent to the petitioner was also returned ''as no such addressee''. 3.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has already vacated from the 2/4

building and the building was demolished by the respondent Corporation under the Smart City Scheme. The Corporation has now put up a trade Centre in that place.

4.Considering the subsequent development and recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
