ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 17.02.2017 in E.P.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Court), Tuticorin.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the execution proceedings in E.P.No.22 of 2014 itself was dismissed for default on 24.07.2023.

3. In view of the above, as already the execution proceedings itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
