complainant in Crime No.26 of 2024, has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation in the above crime number and file the final report, within a stipulated time. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2024 was already completed and final report was also filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Madurai and the same is spending in Spl.SC No.164 of 2025. He further submits that the case is posted to 07.08.2025 for the purpose of serving copies to the accused.
