giving an opportunity to the petitioner and all interested parties and file a report before the 1st respondent thereby enabling him to pass orders on the petition of the 3rd respondent before the 1st respondent within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.A3/04/2021 dated 30.04.2021 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to conduct fresh enquiry, thereby giving an opportunity to the petitioner and all interested parties and file a report before the first respondent, thereby enabling him to pass orders on the petition of the third respondent before the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.It is informed that as against the impugned order, the petitioner has already approached the District Revenue Officer, who is the statutory authority. Since the alternative remedy has already been availed by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
