The petitioner seeks electricity service connection to his agricultural land, situating in survey No.79/1, A.Kaalapur Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering his representation dated 06.09.2019. Since no action is forthcoming till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

W.P(MD)No.20443 of 2019 2.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the fifth respondent as well as any other interested parties. 3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
