Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to make any construction or obstruction in front of the petitioner's house situated in S.No.353/3 at Pallavoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, thereby blocking the petitioner's access to the ease west main road in the northern side of my the petitioner's houses from each and every point of the petitioner's adjoining land in the above Survey Number. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents not to permit any construction or obstruction in front of the petitioner's house situated in S.No.353/3 at Pallavoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is no such proposal to put up any construction in the Government Poromboke land in front of the petitioner's house as on date. This petitioner has also made a statement before the concerned Officer that no such construction has been made.

3. Recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed, since no further orders are required. No costs.
