The present writ petition has been filed challenging a communication issued by the second respondent herein, under which he has held that the present service connection cannot be converted into a residential service connection.

2. The learned counsels appearing on either side submit that the service connection itself has been disconnected and nothing survives to be adjudicated. The said submission is recorded.
