Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No. 259 of 2013 was disposed. Accordingly, it is submitted that nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
