O R D E R

Seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.96 of 2025, on the file of the second respondent police, the petitioner/defacto complainant in the above case has moved this petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that A1 in Crime No.96 of 2025 is a notorious criminal and considering his antecedents, his application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, however, the respondent police has not secured him and not conducting the investigation in a proper manner. 3.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that at the time of alleged occurrence, A1 was in London, however a false complaint has been lodged as against him. The occurrence was taken place on 03.07.2025 and they have registered the case in Crime No.96 of 2025 on 04.07.2025. The investigation is in the initial stage. 2/4

4.Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that A1 has not been secured by the respondent police that he was not available in India at the time of occurrence and the case is in the initial stage of investigation as it was registered only on 04.07.2025, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair manner and find out the truth. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai shall monitor the investigation.
