Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned orders passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.P3/7441/2018 dated 08.06.2018 as it relates to inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the ineligible candidates list and Na.Ka.No.P3/7441/2018 dated 18.06.2018 as it relates to combined promotion order to the post of Assistant/Rural Welfare Officer Grade-I and quash the same, consequently, directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the first respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.P3/7441/2018 dated 08.06.2018 as it relates to list of eligible candidates to the post of Assistant/Rural Welfare Officer Grade-I and also promote her in the post of Assistant/Rural Welfare Grade-I from the date on which her immediate junior is promoted with all monetary and service benefits.
