ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent

police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 82 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity regarding the temple festival, the petitioners along with other accused unlawfully assembled and made assault upon the defacto complainant, thereby, he sustained injuries and admitted in the hospital.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons. This case has been foisted against them falsely. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the injured person is still in hospital.

5.Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioners and the injured person is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
