This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament Scheduled to be held on 09.09.2022 to 10.09.2022 by sports ground, Arasanga Nagar, Themangulam Village, Thoothukudi Distict by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2022 and 05.09.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of apprehension of law and order issue, representation that has been made by the petitioner cannot be considered. 3.If it is so, she pass the order. So that, the petitioner can challenged the same. The representation given by the petitioner dated 05.09.2022 must be considered within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
