existing Vacancy in Government Kallar School, Yethakkal, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging impugned order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu. No.H7/2467/2016 dated 04.07.2025 and consequential relieving order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka. No.22/2025-26 dated 07.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to transfer and place the petitioner in the existing Vacancy in Government Kallar School, Yethakkal, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given complaints against the Headmaster and has also produced the copy of the FIRs registered against the Headmaster. The first complaint was registered in the year 2018 and the last complaint was registered on 12.02.2021. He further submitted that the order of transfer 2/5

has been passed by the first respondent with malafide intention to vindicate this petitioner.

3. The order of transfer had been made only on 04.07.2025 and the allegations made against the petitioner in relation to the transfer are unfounded. It is further alleged that the petitioner has not impleaded the concerned person against whom mala fide intentions are claimed. Hence, this Court is not in a position to adjudicate on the issue of mala fide raised by the petitioner.

4. A perusal of the impugned order indicates that the transfer was made on administrative grounds, which cannot be interfered with. Hence, this Writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
