ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner had filed a Memo pressing to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition in view of the fact that I.D.O.P.No.365 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi was dismissed for default on 18.07.2016 and to that effect E-Court Diary Extract is also produced. Hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
