ORDER

This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.14,66,250/- with accrued interest which was deposited by the 1st respondent / Appellant before the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Karur in MCOP No.360 of 2019.

2.Heard.

3.The petitioner / claimant is entitled to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount with proportionate interest. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount with proportionate interest. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
