The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the ninth respondent are present.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main Wakf O.P.No.7 of 2008 was re-numbered as Wakf.O.P.No.46 of 2019 before the Wakf Tribunal, Chennai and the same was dismissed for default on 10.01.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
