ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is for directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's claim for one time settlement. He also wants the benefit of the waiver scheme. The petitioner had availed a Tractor loan from the respondent.
3. The prayer made in this writ petition cannot be entertained. It has been held in more than one case that it is not for the writ Court to direct the creditor bank to enter into one time settlement with the borrowers. The petitioner's remedy lies elsewhere.
4. This writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 04.07.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/3
