ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the showcause notice issued in proceedings dated 3.4.2014 is under challenge in the present writ petition. However, the Audit objections were ratified and subsequently DCRG amount had already been settled in favour of the writ petitioner. In view of the fact that the amounts due to the writ petitioner had already been settled, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
