A perusal of the Court records show that the first petitioner died and the same has been recorded by this Court as early as on 23.08.2021. However, till date no step has been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner.

2. In addition to that, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the suit in O.S.No.380 of 2014, on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, is disposed of on 08.03.2022.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.06.2023 NCC :
