ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 & 2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.226 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant's version is that he was the then President of Magimalai Village Panchayat and on 25.04.2021 at about 03.00 p.m., these petitioners said to have abused in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, showing the petitioners as absconding accused, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam. 4.Since the final report has been filed, let the petitioners appear before the concerned Court and execute bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. to the satisfaction and as required by the trial Court.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
