The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the Petitioner's property in S.F.No.959/11B to an extent of 0.58.50 hectares,S.F.No.959/12B to an extent of 1.14.00 hectares, S.F.No.959/6B to an extent of 0.9.00 hectares, S.F.No. 959/15 to an extent of 0.39.5 hectares and S.F.No.959/18B to an extent of 0.7.5 hectares situated at Sembianatham Village Kadavur Taluk, Karur District by considering the Petitioner's applications, dated 22.10.2024 and 21.3.2025.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) takes notice 2/6

for the third respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased under registered sale deed, dated 23.7.2024 and patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner in Patta Nos.4372 and 4516. The Petitioner submitted online applications on 22.10.2024 and 21.3.2025 in Application Nos. 2024/0123/14/002482 and 2025/0123/14/003755 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the instant Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for the aforesaid relief.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online applications of the Petitioner, dated 22.10.2024 and 21.3.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online applications of the Petitioner, dated 22.10.2024 and 21.3.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing 3/6

notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
