ORDER

These Civil Revision petitions are filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.9 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kuzhithalai dated 10.07.2014, to set aside the judgment and decree on preliminary issues passed in O.S.No.88 of 2008 on the file of District Munsif Court, Kuzhithalai, dated 01.04.2015 and to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 17.09.2018 passed in I.A.No.40 of 2017 in A.S.S.R.No.1183 of 2017 on the file of learned Sub Court, Kulithalai.

2.In continuation of the order of this Court dated 08.01.2025, by which, the revision petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent and the matter was adjourned to 29.01.2025, Today(29.01.2025), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the order of this Court was complied and a memo to the effect is also filed. 4/6

3. In view of the above submission, CRP(MD)No.186 of 2022 stands allowed and CRP(MD)Nos.2498 and 2499 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
